Using a Made to Measure Model Catering to You
While The Flannel Store keeps inventory on hand for the boutique, over half of the pajamas sewn are on-demand and made-to-order just for you.
Made-to-order is typically connected to couture high-end and expensive clothing brands and usually out of reach for many of us. I don’t believe it needs to stay this way and I seek to work differently. I love creating and sewing ~ I want you to love the way you feel when you open your package and know you are about to put on a pajama made just for you. So I offer you made-to-order. The Flannel Store is truly unique in this way!
How does it work? Well, when you find a pajama you love, choose your size and inseam length for pajama pants. Each pajama will have its own size chart so you can figure out which size fits you best.
If you fall somewhere in between sizes, or not on the size chart, no worries! Pick the size closest to your fit, measure yourself using our garment measuring guidelines, and include your measurements in the message box when checking out. It’s that easy.

Each pajama takes anywhere from 2-7 hours to make, which includes altering the pattern size, cutting the fabric, and sewing your garment. I don’t outsource any of the process. My main focus is on you and your pajama, hoping you’ll love it as much as I loved making it for you. You know you will receive a high-quality garment, while I know I’m focused on you.
